We met Joop at the Airline Conventions and soon became friends..He was always looking forward to the AI conventions and we always sought him out to visit.He sat with us at the convention banquets and we often travelled together at the cities that we visited in. His articles in the journal were from a man who knew his stuff and it showed. We will miss him , and know his family will miss him even more,as he spoke often about them to us.
